GRIFFITH TRAINING
Inspection and Gaging Course Outline
Hours: 24 Hours (Full lecture & lab); 16 Hours (without lab); Other (if tailored for specific topics)

Introduction: This lecture/lab course is designed to effectively teach fundamental measuring and gaging tools and methods for shop and inspection personnel. The unique lab practice ensures that the student can successfully use the measuring and/or gaging equipment. Subjects below include an introduction, applications, selection, discrimination, proper handling, reading, setting, care, and maintenance of inspection tools.

Special Featuers (Lab): Unlike any typical course, Gary Griffith uses gages and actual parts of known value in the lab practice sessions that confirm the students ability to correctly use the equipment. This lab environment is guaranteed to provide the student direct feedback on use of the equipment via the actual measurements.
